Returns

We offer returns on all our products. Get a full refund by returning the item to us by mail within 60 days of receiving the order. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and the inside of the package. We are providing health and beauty products and therefore must all items be Unopened and/or Unused to be eligible for returns and refunds. We only offer returns and refunds on physical products. Digital products (e-books or courses) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Warranty

Our products are made according to the high-quality standards of DermaTecc. Nonetheless, your product is covered by our limited, 24-month warranty against any defects in manufacturing.
