Another reason behind adding a camera to the device is not only because it's very satisfying to watch all the gunk that comes out of your pores but more to increase the effectiveness of the treatment and also to make it much safer to use. Older models without cameras work great but they are very unreliable in how effective they are and can sometimes damage your skin and rupture blood vessels on your face. This can lead to permanent damage and visible blood vessels around your eyes and nose. All this can be avoided with the Dermavoid Oculus.
How to use
- Download the app "inskam" and connect to your smartphone.
- Select the appropriate Vacuum-tip for your desired treatment.
- Turn on the device and select the intensity of the vacuum.
- Extract your blackheads and comedones.
- Monitor the extraction on your smartphone through the camera on the Dermavoid.

Your pores will be wide open after a treatment with the dermavoid. This is a great time use a device like the Dermascrubber Aurora to wash and then infuse your skin care products deep into your skin. When you have extracted, washed and infused your face we recommend finishing of the treatment by closing your pores. In order to lock in the moisture and keep dirt and other debris from entering your pores. One of the best ways to do this is to use the Cryoglobes or a similar tool.
