Place the abdomen pad in the center of your stomach ensuring that each conductive gel pad is touching your skin. The smaller pads can be used on your arms or thighs. Always start with low intensity level and adjust according to your desired treatment level.
Modes A-B is used for fat reduction, modes C-D is used for increasing muscle mass, and modes E-F are designed to build strength. Within those modes, you will have an intensity range from 1-10 which you can adjust any time during your workout. The Neuropads can be used 20-30 minutes per session or every other day. Allowing your muscles to rest and rebuild is the most important thing when it comes to toning and building muscles. This means that you will not get faster results by using the device more often than every other day.
